YOUTH HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The Youth High Performance Program sets an unparalleled standard for athlete development, teaching athletes the art of rowing, as well as fundamentals of training and racing.
No prior experience is necessary for newcomers!
Athletes in 9th through 12th grade (as well as 8th grade girls who can prove their maturity and physicality) are welcome. Whether you are taking your first strokes, or you are seasoned rower looking to rise to the next level, committed young women of all experience levels will find success in our program. Team members will realize the essential and unending benefits of friendship, hard work, and determination.

PRACTICES & TRAINING
Monday through Friday 4:15 – 6:30PM; and Saturday 7:00 – 9:30AM
Water Training: sculling boat classes; 1x, 2x, and 4x
Land Training: with rowing machines, weights, running, and biking
Wellness Learning: nutrition talks, goal setting, mental preparation, tactics & more!
