Connecticut High Performance Summer Camp Complete

The young women of Founders Rowing Club have returned to Dallas, having completed a 10-day, intensive training camp. The 2015 Summer High Performance Camp was held from July 21 through August 1, 2015 in Connecticut, with day-trips that included visits to Manhattan, Princeton University, and the 2016 USRowing Youth National Championships race course, in Mercer County, New Jersey.

As a part of this camp, the returning members of Founders Rowing Club were given an opportunity to immerse themselves in technical study of the rowing stroke, and kick off their training for 2015/2016 competitive rowing season.

The team looks forward to the coming year!
