With a new rowing season just around the corner, we figured it was probably time to publish our 2025–2026 season recap. It's fashionably late (very fashionably late), but the accomplishments are worth revisiting.

Head Racing Season

Head of The Oklahoma: October 4th-5th

• Youth 1x: 4th, 9th, 11th, 17th

• U17 1x: 4th, 9th,

• Novice 1x: 6th, 8th

• Youth 4x: 1st, 4th, 5th, 12th

• Youth 2x: 3rd, 9th, 10th, 19th

• U17 2x: 1st

Founders has a strong start to the regatta season

Waco Rowing Regatta: October 12th

• Youth 2x: 2nd, 19th, 24th

• U17 2x: 3rd

• Youth 1x: 2nd, 3rd

• Youth 4x: 2nd

• U17 1x: 7th

Founders tests their speed on the Brazos

Head of The Charles: October 19th

• Youth 1x: 4th

• Youth 4x+: 9th

Founders brings home hardware from Boston; The Youth 2x crew finished as the fastest American crew in the field

Head of the Hooch: November 1st-2nd

• Youth 2x: 2nd, 13th, 57th

• Youth 4+: 2nd

• U17 1x: 8th, 13th, 18th

• Youth/U17 4x: 2nd, 11th, 20th

Founders makes a worth-wile trip to Chattanooga; The novices in the Youth Varsity 4+ claim a 2nd place finish with a :30.0 dock penalty

Waco Rowing Regatta: November 9th

• U17 1x: 5th, 8th

Founders rounds out the fall season with head-to-head racing

Heart of Texas Regatta: February 28th- March 1st

• Youth 4x: 1st, 4th

• Youth 4+: 1st

• Youth 2V 4x: 1st, 2nd

• Youth 1x: 4th, 5th

Founders emerges out of the winter season ready to conquer; It's a FRC party in the Youth 2V 2x final

Texas State Championship: April 19th

• Youth 4-: 1st

• Novice 1x: 3rd, 4th

• 2V/U17 4x: 1st, 2nd

• Youth 4x: 1st, 2nd

• Novice 2x: 1st

Founders sets sail down the course with epic tail winds
